Three commodity organizations combine to have a presence serving food during 4-H show
Operating out of the Dairy Bar, the three organizations will be working together to offer a limited menu of their traditional State Fair favorites. The concession plans to be open on August 7,8,9 and August 14,15,16 from noon to nine. Popular items like Pork Burgers, Milk Shakes, Ice Cream and Smoked Beef Brisket sandwiches will all be on the menu.
“The Dairy Bar has been a beloved tradition to those visiting the fair grounds and those showing at the state’s highest level of agriculture since 1941,” says Jenni Browning, CEO of American DairyAssociation Indiana. “We are all very grateful for the opportunity to safely serve these families the great fair food they love.”
The groups would like to acknowledge the cooperation and flexibility of the State Fair in allowing for this type of collaboration during these unusual times.
