Cargill is excited to announce the addition of Brett Mackay as a Dairy Focus Consultant for the Western region. In his new role, Mackay will focus on serving and developing our dairy business in the Granger, Washington market.
“In my previous job, I had worked with Cargill employees and was impressed with how they conducted business and prioritized their customers,” says Mackay. “Not only am I excited to work with a group of talented individuals who truly imbody the definition of what it means to be a team, but also for the opportunity to work alongside customers and their cows, building relationships and providing solutions that fit their specific needs.”
Mackay joins the Cargill team with a wealth of experience from his ten years working at All West/Select Sires, serving as a certified artificial insemination technician, reproductive services specialist, and a sales manager. He has spent time on the front lines developing strong relationships with dairy producers throughout Eastern Washington. In Western Washington and Oregon, he has helped account managers improve repro success in their herds. Prior to his time at All West, Mackay worked on various dairies and with a veterinarian in Eastern Idaho doing on farm work and learning the procedure for embryo transfer.
