Rocky Run Golf Course, Dell Rapids, S.D., hosts Aug. 5 event

Registration is now open for Grazing on the Greens – Central Plains Dairy Expo’s (CPDE) golf tournament – on Aug. 5, at Rocky Run Golf Course in Dell Rapids, S.D.



Proceeds go to the Central Plains Dairy Foundation (CPDF), which supports tomorrow’s dairy leaders today through an endowment fund. CPDF provides Dairy Innovator grants, scholarships, community development programs and youth development programs.

The tournament fee is $125 per person; this includes a bag lunch, dinner, green fees and cart on the course. The non-golfer fee is $65 per person and includes a bag lunch and dinner ticket, as well as the ability to network with all attendees. A foursome registration fee is $500 per group.

This year’s CPDE golf tournament includes a new twist – a Trophy Tote*. The Trophy Tote contains:

• 8 mulligans (two per player in a foursome)

• 10 yards of string

• 2 bunker bust out shovels (limit 2 per foursome)

• One ticket to shake off a stroke on a team’s score (limit 1 per foursome)

• One FREE cow ball (limit 1 per foursome)

*Limit one Trophy Tote per foursome
