Cornerstone Dairy Academy – Targeted Leadership Development for Dairy Professionals

Three Tracks Available, Held March 17-18 in Madison, Wis.

Leadership is a result of blending abilities and experiences. Leading with professionalism and confidence is critical to a businesses’ success in today’s fast-changing dairy industry. The PDPW Cornerstone Dairy Academy™, presented by the Professional Dairy Producers® (PDPW), brings together leading experts to focus on communications, leadership and people-development skills.

 

 

This program is designed for dairy producers and agribusiness whom are eager to improve their people-development and leadership skills and aspire to higher levels in life and workplace management. The two-day program will be held Mar. 17-18, 2020, starting at 9:30 a.m., at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wis.

Three training pillars will be held simultaneously on Day One (Mar. 17). Participants select one:

· Pillar 1: Influential Leaders facilitated by Trevina Broussard of Frontline Success Training and Consulting; Liz Bockman MPH of Everyday Etiquette; and Hank Wagner, founder of Wagner Leadership Training.

· Pillar 2: Visionary Leaders facilitated by Dr. Richard Kyte, Endowed Professor at Viterbo University, and Dr. David Kohl, Professor Emeritus at Virginia Tech.

· Pillar 3: Servant Leaders facilitated by Tom Thibodeau, Distinguished Professor at Viterbo University.

 

 

On Day Two (March 18), participants will put their newly refined skills to work at the 2020 PDPW Business Conference, with opportunities to network with key industry influencers and experts, explore the latest technologies and learn about the newest dairy industry research alongside fellow dairy professionals.
