Darn Tough Vermont ® Debuts Fall Line that Puts in More Than a Full Day

Socks for the ever-changing work climate, comfort in the most demanding environments

Darn Tough Vermont, the fastest growing American manufacturer of premium performance outdoor and lifestyle socks, debuts its new Fall 2021 collection. The brand hits the mark with entirely redesigned Work and Hunt collections, including the addition of women’s specific offerings. New Snow and Hike styles push the boundaries, featuring updated performance features and colors. Through long hours out in nature or on the job, the brand’s award-winning socks are always backed by a lifetime guarantee and deliver the best comfort, durability, and fit available.

The Work line features tech that never punches out. The boot height and high density cuff and leg protect from debris. Mesh through the foot promotes breathability and a performance zone through the arch helps prevent bunching and alleviates foot fatigue.

“The women’s collection was completely updated to refresh color and offer a full line of profiles and weights for any use, including the new Mollie Beattie and Mary Fields ”, says Lyn Feinson, VP Product Development & Design. “We re-energized our time tested offerings with a rugged Timber colorway on the men’s side, which is a broad reaching aesthetic.”

Previously a unisex product line offered in expanded sizes, the new women’s Hunter socks are designed specifically for the female foot, now available in three weights and two heights. Both men’s and women’s styles feature high-density knitting and a signature blend of materials, mesh for breathability, and a performance zone through the foot to support a 365-day season.

Professional freeskier Michelle Parker and pro snowboarder Jake Blauvelt continue to bring their expertise to elevate the collection of new styles that are dialed-in with updated performance features like padded cushioning on the shin, re-engineered flex windows and multi-zone mesh for optimal breathability, as seen in the all-new Backwoods . There are also new designs like Traverse , inspired by nature and offering pro style that matches performance.

Adding to the existing Appalachian Trail ( ATC ) sock, the new Pacific Crest Trail ( PCT) and Continental Divide Trail ( CDT) socks round out Darn Tough’s Triple Crown Collection, with 5% of each pair’s sales benefiting their respective trail association. The new PCT and CDT socks feature all the tech of the beloved Light Hiker, with designs that reflect each trail. The brand has also added fresh colorways to some of their biggest Hike favorites including the Kelso , Number 2, and ABC for men, and the Kelso , Sobo , Janis , and Treeline for women.
