August component prices increased $0.04/cow/day. Protein increased $0.05/lb. Fat decreased slightly and other solids increased a littler. August PPD will likely increase $0.14/cwt ($0.12/cow/day) resulting in a total change per cow of +0.16/day. Boston SUP should increase $0.19/cwt to about $19.02/cwt. Our 12-month rolling projection for all milk price is $18.52/cwt (Boston), down $0.27/cwt from last month. Butter is starting a 6 month down period. As cheese softens, the Class III price will bottom out around Feb-2020.

Cheese trades from $1.70 to $1.84 with an average of $1.76, down %1. NFDM trades from 1.04 to 1.16 with an average of $1.10 down 1.18%. Straight up!

Butter trades from $2.21 to $2.33 with an average of $2.26, down 1.9%. Whey trades from $03.63 to $0.38 with an average of $0.371 up 1.4%
