Construction on the state-of-the-art plant began in 2016 and Walmart created more than 300 Hoosiers jobs in both milk processing and transportation. The company is also working with nearly 30 local farmers to supply milk to the facility. The governor and other guests will deliver remarks and hold a media availability following the program.
