Attendees will hone in on interpersonal communication, active listening, and conflict management skills.  They will benefit greatly as they put their new skills to use during team meetings, negotiating with farm suppliers, and in their personal interactions and beyond.

During the workshop, Renea will walk attendees through:

  • effective communication principles
  • asking versus telling
  • power of a conversation opener
  • uncovering real motivations
  • effectively handling questions
  • conflict management techniques

Registration fee covers the workshop, training materials and meals.  Due to limited space, registration is required.
