Meeting to be held Thursday, January 17, 2019 in two locations
Dairy markets are historically the most volatile of the agriculture markets. They have been characterized by broad economic cycles, in which prices ebb and flow. To survive and thrive in the industry, it’s all about balance, managing the ebb and flow of dairy markets to secure long-term price stability.
UW-Extension Fond du Lac and UW-Extension Washington and Ozaukee Counties will each be hosting a one-half day “Dairy Marketing Insight” Meeting on Thursday, January 17, 2019. The morning session (10:30 am to 12:30 pm) will be held at American Legion Belgium Post 412, 665 Park Street, Belgium. The afternoon session (1 pm to 3 pm) will be held at UW-Extension Fond du Lac County, 400 University Drive, Fond du Lac.
The program is open to any individuals with interest regarding dairy marketing. There is no fee for the program; however, pre-registration by January 15th is strongly encouraged to ensure materials and light refreshments.
