AQUA Innovations welcomes John Sorenson as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Sorenson has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, including roles as chief financial officer and expatriate for an international manufacturing company.
“I am honored to join the highly-skilled team at AQUA Innovations and help make sustainable growth and sound environmental practices a reality for industrial applications as well as farmers here in the United States and abroad,” said Sorenson. “I look forward to combining my financial and business background with my passion for helping others as we address growing concerns for our farmers.”
Wisconsin-based AQUA Innovations is leading the way in proven nutrient concentration system (NCS) technology. Their NCS separates nutrients from raw cow manure, virtually eliminating pathogens, creating three separate streams, including distilled water. The other nutrient-rich product, void of the majority of phosphorous, can be strategically applied to fields during the growing season rather than over-applying in spring and fall, which is the current standard practice.
“We are thrilled to have John lead the team as we advance to the next stage in AQUA Innovation’s evolution,” said Chris Lenzendorf of AQUA Innovations. “John’s international and national executive leadership experience will be a major asset as we grow and provide farmers with sustainable solutions for issues they face every day.”
