Natural Solutions to Milk Production Hot Topic at Central Plains Dairy Expo

Dairy producers will have a unique opportunity to hear one of the nation’s leading dairy scientists researching the use of direct-fed microbials in dairy herd nutritional programs. Dr. Hugo A. Ramirez, Assistant Professor of Dairy Science at Iowa State University, will present ongoing research using a specific bacteria, Megasphaera elsdenii NCIMB 41125, in lactating dairy cows during the Central Plains Dairy Expo, March 28th-29th, 2018, at the Sanford Premier Center, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
