Eric Snodgrass, Principal Atmospheric Scientist for Nutrien Ag Solutions, head lined the 100th episode on Tuesday, Nov. 24 reviewing weather patterns over the past several months and provided an outlook for winter months, including the impact of the La Nina pattern.

On Wednesday, a panel of Scott Seward, Seward-Folly Dairy, and Bennet Crochet, Dairy Focus Consultant with Cargill shared strategies for herd management and raising youngstock, as well as how they manage forage crops and develop the most efficient rations to support a high production herd.  They answered questions about balancing diets based on each year’s forage and crop quality and availability.
