Overflow hotel block extended through April 19
The Animal Ag Alliance’s 2019 Stakeholders Summit, themed A Seat At The Table and set for May 8-9 at the InterContinental at the Plaza Hotel in Kansas City, will bring together leaders from every link in the food chain. Due to record-breaking attendance rates, the official Summit hotel room block is sold out, but the overflow block at the Hampton Inn and Suites Kansas City Country Club Plaza hotel block has been extended. Rooms are now available until April 19 or until they are sold out. To view the agenda, register and book your hotel, visit http://summit.animalagalliance.org.
It’s critical for everyone in the food chain – from the farm to the fork – to sit down together at the table to discuss important issues that are important to both farmers and consumers. In this session, attendees will hear from leading retail, restaurant and foodservice brands about how their companies make decisions on topics like animal welfare, antibiotic use and sustainability. Attendees will gain a better understanding of how food companies operate and leave with new ideas of how to effectively engage.
