The move is very exciting for Trevor not only personally as it brings him back to his roots but also professionally as he will lead the charge in developing risk management for his neighbors and the community. Trevor has gained a wealth of knowledge working in Chicago with a diverse customer base on both the buy and sell side of the industry along with working on the floor of the CME. Trevor was a part of the international endeavors of Rice Dairy, traveling overseas several times which allowed him to understand how the EU dairy industry works and effects global pricing.
Trevor also was instrumental in developing the dairymen division at Rice Dairy, blending technology from Vault Technologies LLC and infrastructure for the day to day operations of the division. And when the Dairy Revenue Protection (DairyRP) program came online, Trevor was heavily involved in the development of the agency, Rice Dairy Risk Services which currently is assisting dairymen across the nation.
The above resume speaks for itself: the Central Valley will be gaining a risk advisor that combines a strong background in dairy risk management and an individual that cares for his community.
