As a champion for Select Sires’ brand image, Kaltenbach’s inspiring leadership has generated a comprehensive set of branding guidelines used in the federation of cooperatives, engaging communications pieces and booth displays to enhance messaging. She is also recognized for developing Select Sires’ brand promise, “Your Success Our Passion.”
Select Sires is excited to name Leslie Maurice the incoming director of communications. Maurice was raised on a registered Holstein farm, graduated from The Ohio State University and most recently completed Northwestern University’s Executive Scholars program in marketing communications and sales.
She started her career at Select Sires as an intern in 2003 and was hired full time in 2005. She has since worked in the marketing and communications departments in various capacities and, more recently, as a communications specialist. With her strong creative vision and graphic design skills, Maurice is responsible for the recognizable branding of the Showcase SelectionsTMprogram and Holstein sire advertising. She has won awards for her work in design, photography and video production coordination from the Cooperative Communicators Association.
