The Show-Me Heifer Program Educational Seminar will focus on heifer development and use of EPD’s and genomic evaluation.

2:15 – 2:30 pm  Using pre-breeding exams to assess development status (Jordan Thomas, Ph.D)
2:30 – 2:45 pm  Setting heifers up for long-term reproductive health (Scott Poock, DVM)
2:45 – 3:15 pm  Veterinary Panel: Role of the veterinarian in heifer development programs

Veterinary Continuing Education Available:  2.5 contact hours from the MU College of Veterinary Medicine.
