For students ages 15-18

Keynote Speaker: Robert Anthony

A US Amputee Soccer Player, actor, American Ninja Warrior Season 9 competitor, and the Founder of “Limb Possible”, Robert uses his success story to spread his message that anything is possible.

A below-the-knee amputee due to a birth defect, Robert also endured a tough upbringing. You’ll be inspired to discover the leader in you despite tough circumstances or perceived handicaps.

 

 

Leadership Discovery

Gain public speaking and media tips from professional spokesperson Kaitlyn Riley, the 71st Alice in Dairyland.

Boost your emotional intelligence by discovering your personality type with PDPW staff member and former VP of Sales for Gehl Foods, Inc,Tracy Propst

Put your communication and collaboration skills to the test through team-building activities led by Sydney Brooks, PDPW Intern and Senior at UW-Madison majoring in Life Sciences Communications.

Off-site Experiences

Experience agriculture at the state-of-the-art Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center, a 29,000-square-foot discovery center with educational displays and hands-on learning opportunities.

Join Lakeshore Technical College instructors for your choice of two hands-on labs which explore:

* Soils

* Milk production

* Reproduction

At the La Clare Family Creamery learn what it means to be “Farm to Table” and why the family chose to manage a goat farm, shoppe, retail business and cafe.

Registration fee:

Registration fee covers workshop, tour transportation, materials and 4 meals. This is an overnight lock-in event; students will stay at the high school.
