Acquire the skills, tools and tactics for success in multi-generational farm businesses
Specialists from Cornell Cooperative Extension and PRO-DAIRY are organizing a three-part workshop series for farm owners and managers to acquire skills, tools and tactics for success in multi-generational farm businesses. The workshop series will be offered during February and March in two locations: Morrisville, NY and Dryden, NY.
The three sessions will build on each other, starting with skills for effective communication, teamwork and problem-solving. Additional topics will include assessing business viability, setting individual and team goals, and developing a transfer plan.
