Update on 2020 HPDC – it’s almost here!

March 3rd and 4th are quickly approaching! Here are the latest updates and news bites:

  • We have the pleasure to announce that Dr. Ellen Jordan has accepted our invitation to be our guest in Amarillo and take time away from foaling season, to be recognized on behalf of the High Plains Dairy Conference as well as the Texas Animal Nutrition Council for her many years of dedicated contributions to the dairy industry in Texas, the Southwest and the nation. We have this scheduled on Tuesday afternoon, just prior to the reception.
  • Both the New Mexico and Texas dairy producer trade associations (DPNM and TAD) have decided that the High Plains Dairy Conference is a valuable enough venue for their membership to schedule their respective Board of Director meetings prior to the Conference on Monday March 2nd.
  • As a first in the Southwest, the Dairy Girl Network has decided to partner with the High Plains Dairy Conference and host a DGN Connect Event immediately following the Reception on Tuesday night from 6:30 to 7:30pm. Separate registration for that event is open on our website at http://highplainsdairy.org ($10).
  • Finally and not of any less importance, we are proud to share with you the final program, which we hope will meet with your expectations.
