Le grand Marché de Québec -
- The gourmet food destination in Quebec City area. Visitors will taste Quebec cheeses and products and discover innovative food projects.
Starts with the visit of the STELA and INAF facilities and research laboratories. Then at the Grand Marché de Québec, introduction to the Food incubator Mycelium and its Innovation centre; Encounter with local producers and artisans to discover a variety of local foods.
Lunch and product tasting included.

Agropur Cooperative Head Office, St-Hubert, Quebec

Originally dedicated to dairy distribution, the fourth generation family-owned company adapted through time. It now produces Cheddar and fine cheeses, invested in methanization to reduce its environmental footprint and participates in the rescue of the Canadienne cow breed.

The International Dairy Federation (FIL) Cheese Science and Technology Symposium, is presented every four years in different countries around the world. In June 2020, we expect 400 researchers, cheese experts and industrial representatives from over 30 countries at the event that is back in Canada after 20 years.
