The 2019 edition of World Ag Expo counted 102,878 attendees, representing 47 states and the District of Columbia and 65 countries.  There were 1,452 companies and organizations displaying cutting edge ag equipment, technologies and services on the 2.6 million square feet of exhibit space.  Over 50 free seminars and 28 free demonstrations were held over the three days, Feb. 12 – 13 at the International Agri-Center grounds in Tulare, Calif.

At the opening ceremonies, NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine and California Farm Bureau President Jamie Johansson offered remarks and later toured the grounds.  Bridenstine, who had been a Navy flyer stationed at nearby Lemoore Naval Air Station in the ‘90s, spoke about how NASA research and technologies are being applied to agriculture.
